Years ago, young Tom and Zack discovered San Francisco’s iconic Sourdough Clam Chowder on a family trip. The flavors stayed with Tom, now Chef Tom, inspiring his signature dish: a fresh fish fillet served with what we call a “San Francisco-Style Clam Chowder” sauce.
Fresh local seasonal Produce
Located in Mellieha, the homeland of the owners, the restaurant benefits from access to multiple fields where nearly eighty percent of the vegetables and fruit used in daily service are grown and sourced. This ensures exceptional quality, as the restaurant maintains full control over the process, from seed to harvest. As a result, the team continually develops new food and beverage ideas based on seasonal availability—whether it’s a passionfruit cocktail in July, Prickly Pear Tuna Ceviche in August, or Pumpkin Cheesecake in the autumn months.
